Watermark University Lecture on Culinary Concepts

Our new Dining Services Director, Robert McKeon, led his first successful Watermark University class on Culinary Concepts. Chef Robert introduced a variety of cooking terms and concepts that the residents might encounter while dining out of the community. During the presentation, Chef Robert handed out chef hats for the residents to wear to enhance the learning experience.

About the instructor: Chef Robert McKeon was introduced to the culinary arts by his grandmother. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in New York, New Port Beach, San Diego, and Washington, DC. Chef Robert has been in the healthcare field for 10 years and has been taking simple and healthy food and preparing it in a way that is nourishing and satisfying.
